Our Class Types

Our classes follow a structured programme designed to build strength, conditioning and movement skill over time.

Daily Workout

The heart of CrossFit MTN. Constantly varied functional training combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. Designed to build all-round fitness, skill, and resilience — scalable up and down for all abilities.

Build

Our strength-focused class designed to improve barbell fundamentals and overall power. Expect structured lifting cycles — squats, presses, deadlifts, and accessories — to build strength that transfers directly to your CrossFit performance.

Conditioning

Aerobic capacity, stamina, and engine development. Think longer workouts, interval-style training, and sweat sessions that build endurance without compromising technique.

Kids (5–10)

Fun, skill-based fitness that builds coordination, confidence, and athleticism through games, movement, and teamwork.

Unders (7-15 and 9–15)

A bridge between kids and teens training. Focus on proper mechanics, safe lifting, and developing confidence in functional movement whilst building up some serious fitness.

Teens

Structured CrossFit training adapted for young athletes — barbell movements, gymnastic skills, and conditioning with a focus on technical progression.

Family Class

Once a month, the whole family trains together. Parents and kids side by side — fun, inclusive, and a great way to share fitness. The best way to get your little ones building a strong foundation in loving movement that’ll last them for life.

Open Gym

For members who want extra time to work skills, lifts, or personal goals.
